Where are you based?

Can I join if I’m not a current patient?
Yes. New patients are welcome , we’ll simply arrange an initial examination before your plan begins.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract! Your membership runs monthly and can be adjusted or cancelled with notice.
What happens in an emergency?
Plan members receive priority emergency appointments and access to advice when you need us most.
Can I use the plan immediately?
Your benefits begin once your membership is active and your first payment has been received. Some benefits may require an initial examination.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time by contacting the practice or your plan provider. We simply require 1 month's notice.
